re: duck work/dryer

I live in Lawrence, kansas in an aprtment where the landlord will not
fix anything. The lent to the roof needs to be cleaned out and I
also need someone to help me fix the doors. They won't stay on the
track. Also I have some flooring issues. I'm in a wheel chair.
